The parties’ Stipulated Motion to Expedite (ECF No. 45) is GRANTED. 3 2. The parties’ Stipulated Motion to Dismiss the Individual Defendants 4 (ECF No. 44) is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s claims against individual 5 Defendants Elizabeth Guettinger, Julie Owen, and Emma Noble are 6 dismissed with prejudice and without award of costs to any party. 7 8 9 The District Court Executive is directed to enter this Order, furnish copies to counsel, and terminate these Defendants from the docket.
