The parties’ Stipulation for Order of Dismissal with Prejudice and 18 Without Costs, ECF No. 16, is DENIED as moot. 19 2. The parties’ Stipulated Motion for Order of Dismissal with Prejudice 20 and Without Costs, ECF No. 17, is GRANTED. ORDER - 1 1 3. All claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with all parties to bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees. 2 3 4. All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. 4 5.
