Before the Court, without oral argument, is the Commissioner's Motion for
11
Relief under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(a). ECF No. 27. Defendant asks
12
the Court to correct the judgment in this matter to be consistent with Magistrate
13
Judge Dimke’s Report and Recommendation. The Court adopted Magistrate Judge
14
Dimke’s Report and Recommendation in its entirety. However, the Court remanded
15
this matter to the Commissioner for immediate calculation and award of benefits,
16
rather than remanding for further proceedings as Magistrate Judge Dimke
17
recommended. This was error.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
