Before the Court is Magistrate Judge Dimke’s March 1, 2017 Report and

Recommendation, ECF No. 13, recommending that this Court deny Plaintiff’s

Motions, ECF Nos. 4, and 6.. The Plaintiff filed a timely objection on March 14,
16
2017, ECF No. 15.

After reviewing the Report and Recommendation, and relevant authorities,

the Court finds the Magistrate Judge’s findings are correct. Therefore, the Court
19
adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety.
