The parties stipulate that this case should be 26 dismissed with prejudice and without attorneys’ fees or costs to any party. Pursuant 27 to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) and the joint wishes of the parties, the Court 28 grants the motion. ORDER DISMISSING CASE + 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 2 1. Defendants’ Stipulated Motion for Order of Dismissal With Prejudice, 3 ECF No. 170, is GRANTED. 4 2. The above-captioned case DISMISSED with prejudice and without an 5 award of costs or attorneys’ fees to any party. 6 3. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot. 7 4. All trial dates and deadlines are stricken. 8 IT IS SO ORDERED.
