Before the Court is the United States’ Motion to Dismiss Civil Forfeiture

18 Complaint, ECF No. 13. The United States asks that the above-captioned action be
19 dismissed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. Rule 41(a)(2), with prejudice. The United
20 States indicates that it no longer seeks judicial forfeiture of the Defendant
21 vehicles.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

1. The United States’ Motion to Dismiss Civil Forfeiture Complaint, ECF
24 No. 13, is GRANTED.

2. The above-captioned Complaint is DISMISSED, with prejudice.
