JACKSON, NO. 2:17-cv-00186-SAB Plaintiff, 10 v. 11 ORDER DISMISSING ACTION 12 WASHINGTON STATE “D.O.C.” and 13 TECH CARE “NAPH CARE”, 14 Defendants. 15 16 By Order filed August 15, 2017, the Court directed Plaintiff to comply with 17 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(2) by providing a statement of his inmate account (or 18 institutional equivalent) for the six months immediately preceding the submission 19 of his complaint on March 22, 2017. ECF No. 8. In the alternative, the Court 20 directed Plaintiff, a pro se prisoner at the Spokane County Jail, to pay the $400.00 21 fee ($350.00 filing fee, plus $50.00 administration fee) to commence this action 22 under 28 U.S.C. § 1914. Id. Plaintiff did not comply with the Court’s directives 23 and has filed nothing further in this action. 24 // 25 /// 26 / 27 // 28 // ORDER DISMISSING ACTION -- 1 1 Although granted numerous opportunities to do so, Plaintiff did not comply 2 with the statutory requirements of 28 U.S.C. §§ 1914 and 1915. Therefore, IT IS 3 ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED without prejudice. 4 IT IS SO ORDERED. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter this Order, 5 enter judgment, forward copies to Plaintiff, and close the file.
