The parties ask that the above-captioned action be dismissed with prejudice
22 and without costs to any party as to all claims, contractual and extra-contractual,
23 that now exist or that may exist in the future among the parties to this litigation
24 arising out of the motor vehicle accident on May 20, 2015, and any claims handing
25 related thereto, which are the subject of Plaintiff’s Complaint.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
