ECF No. 5. The Court warned 12 Plaintiff that failure to effect service would result in the Court’s dismissal of 13 Plaintiff’s case without prejudice. Plaintiff has not filed proof of service or 14 otherwise responded to the Court’s order. 15 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 16 1. Plaintiff’s complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, 17 with all parties to bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees. 18 2. All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. 3.
