The Court has reviewed the 5 record and files herein, and is fully informed. 6 According to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), a plaintiff may dismiss an action by filing 7 a stipulation signed by all parties who have appeared. 8 ACCORDINGLY, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 9 1. Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) and the parties’ stipulation, this action and 10 all the claims and counterclaims herein, are DISMISSED with prejudice and 11 without an award of fees or costs to any of the Parties. 12 13 14 15 2.
