P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) and the 15 stipulation of the parties, the Court finds good cause to grant the motion and 16 dismiss this case. 17 18 19 20 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED: 1. The parties’ Stipulated Motion to Dismiss Without Prejudice, ECF No. 18, is GRANTED.
