Having reviewed the files and records herein, the Court finds good 10 cause to grant the motion. 11 1. Plaintiff’s Motion for Voluntary Dismissal of Defendant Hoffman 12 Corporation, ECF No. 92, is GRANTED. 13 2. All claims against Defendant Hoffman Corporation are 14 DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, with all parties to bear 15 their own costs and attorneys’ fees. 16 3.
