On June 6, 2017, the Court issued an order directing pro se Plaintiff to serve
13
Defendants with a summons and copy of the complaint no later than August, 4,
14
2017. ECF No. 21. The Court advised Plaintiff that failure to effect service by that
15
date may result in dismissal of Plaintiff’s complaint. The August 4, 2017 deadline
16
has come and gone and Plaintiff has yet to serve Defendants.
17
Accordingly, and pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m), IT IS
18
HEREBY ORDERED:

1.
All claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, with all
20
parties to bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees.

All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT.

All hearings and other deadlines are STRICKEN.
