Having reviewed the 17 stipulation, made pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. Rule 41(a)(1), and the record, the Court 18 finds good cause to order dismissal. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 19 1. Plaintiff’s Stipulation of Dismissal, ECF No. 17, is APPROVED. 20 Plaintiff’s Complaint is dismissed with prejudice and without costs to 21 any party. ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE ~ 1 1 2. All pending motions, if any, are DENIED AS MOOT. 2 3. All scheduled court hearings, if any, are STRICKEN. 3 IT IS SO ORDERED.
