PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE INC., et al., Defendants. NO. C06-1348P ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE The Court has twice extended the deadline for the parties to file a combined joint status report and discovery plan in this case. Most recently, the Court issued a minute order on January 3, 2007 that extended the deadline to February 2, 2007. (Dkt. No. 9). In that minute order, the Court cautioned the parties that no further extensions would be granted, absent extraordinary circumstances. Despite these extensions, the parties have failed to comply with the Court's order directing them to file a combined joint status report and discovery plan by February 2, 2007. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties show cause why this matter should not be dismissed without prejudice for failure to submit a combined joint status report and discovery plan. Any response will be due by March 6, 2007. The clerk is directed to send copies of this order to all counsel of record. Dated: February 6, 2007 s/Marsha J. Pechman Marsha J.
