THE PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL CLUB, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, Defendant.

STIPULATION

Plaintiff the City of Seattle and defendant the Professional Basketball Club, LLC (collectively, "the parties"), requiring additional time to perfect settlement in this matter, have agreed to extend the date for finalizing settlement to August 18, 2008. Now, therefore, the parties, by and through their attorneys of record, agree and stipulate that the time for reopening the case be extended from August 6, 2008 (as provided in the Court's Order of Dismissal, Dkt. #143) to August 25, 2008.
