The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:
This matter comes before the Court on the notice of Plaintiff Travelers Property Casualty
Company of America and Defendants AF Evans Company, AFE Spinnaker, LLC, AF Evans
Development Inc., Richard Bell, Jack Robertson, Tory Laughlin Taylor, and the Esplanade
Condominium Association that they have reached a settlement of all claims and counter-claims
asserted between them in this litigation. The parties have notified the Court that, in light of the
settlement, the motions at Dkt. Nos. 179, 188, 194, 198, 200, 203, and 213 should be terminated.
The Court therefore DIRECTS the Clerk to TERMINATE those motions.
