While Summit Law Group is simultaneously substituting as counsel for AOL Inc. with Stokes Lawrence's withdrawal, withdrawing counsel has also complied with General Rule 2(g)(4)(B) by advising AOL Inc. that it is required by law to be represented by an attorney admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and that the failure to obtain a replacement attorney by the date the withdrawal is effective may result in the entry of a default judgment against AOL Inc. Further, withdrawing counsel has conferred with substitute counsel, and substitute counsel is prepared to assume the obligations imposed by General Rule 2(d) with respect to counsel admitted pro hac vice on behalf of AOL Inc.
