Defendant Yahoo! Inc. ("Yahoo!") joins in the motion for reconsideration of the Court's February 16, 2011 Scheduling Order filed by Defendant Google Inc. ("Google") pursuant to Local CR 7(h), and hereby seeks reconsideration of the issues presented therein. In the interest of expeditiously seeking reconsideration, and to avoid burdening the Court with duplicative materials, Yahoo! submits this notice only and adopts the arguments articulated by Google in its motion for reconsideration filed today.
