C10-1385 MJP AOL, INC., et al., Defendants. 14 15 16 The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable Marsha J. 17 Pechman, United States District Judge: 18 The Court has reviewed Defendants Google Inc.’s, YouTube, LLC’s, Apple Inc.’s, and 19 Facebook Inc.’s renewals of their motions to dismiss/sever and/or joinders in the pending 20 motions to sever filed by Defendants Yahoo! Inc., Netflix, Inc., Office Depot Inc., Staples, Inc., 21 and eBay, Inc. (Dkt. Nos. 215-217, 192, 193.) The Court will permit Google, YouTube, Apple, 22 and Facebook to join in the pending motions to sever and renew their previously filed motions, 23 to the extent requested. The Court will permit these Defendants to present argument at the 24 hearing scheduled for April 25, 2011. The Court will not grant any further time for argument, MINUTE ORDER- 1 1 and the Defendants seeking joinder/renewal have not asked for additional time. Defendants must 2 work together to figure out how to divide their time at the hearing.
