Interval Licensing LLC continues to oppose the Motion to Stay Pending Reexamination

for the reasons more fully stated in its original Opposition (Docket 206). In addition, Interval

notes that the PTO has not yet even issued an office action for two of the four patents -- the '507
and '652 patents.

Moreover, all of the prior art references discussed by the PTO in the

reexamination will be at issue in this litigation. This Court therefore should deny the Motion to

Stay and allow this litigation to proceed in a timely fashion.
