Hunsinger of The Hunsinger Law Firm as counsel for Defendant Office Depot, Inc. J. Christopher Carraway and John D. Vandenberg of Klarquist Sparkman, LLP have appeared as counsel for Office Depot, Inc., and they remain as counsel of record in this case. Counsel for Plaintiff Interval Licensing LLC and all other defendants have confirmed that they do not oppose this motion. Accordingly, Office Depot, Inc. respectfully requests that the Court enter the Proposed Order for withdrawal of Mr. Bennett and Mr. Hunsinger as its counsel.
