COACH, INC., a Maryland corporation, and COACH SERVICES, INC., a Maryland corporation, Defendants. UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT WESTERN DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON AT SEATTLE GINA KIM, on behalf of a class consisting of herself and all other persons similarly situated, Plaintiffs, CASE NO. C11-214RSM MINUTE ORDER 19 Martinez, United States District Judge: 20 (1) Plaintiffs have filed a Praecipe to Clerk (Dkt. #18), seeking to amend their First 21 Amended Complaint to correct a typographical error. The "corrected version" of Plaintiff's First 22 Amended Complaint that Plaintiffs now seek to file constitutes an amended complaint for which 23 Plaintiffs have not obtained written consent from Defendants and for which Plaintiffs have not 24 MINUTE ORDER - 1 1 sought leave of the Court. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 15 (a)(2).
