Plaintiff has since filed an Opposition to Coach's Motion to Seal, Docket No. 29. Plaintiff's position is, and remains, that Coach improperly attempted to seal the entire documents. However, in an abundance of caution and pursuant to the agreement of the parties, Plaintiff hereby requests that Plaintiff's Reply in Support of Motion to Strike and for Sanctions be sealed until the Court's resolution of Coach's over-broad Motion to Seal. Counsel will then follow the Court's directions relating to proper redaction pursuant to applicable Local Rules.
