16
The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable Marsha J.
17
Pechman, United States District Judge:
18
The Court has reviewed the parties’ request for the Court to enter a separate judgment.
19
(Dkt. No. 92.) The parties settled this matter and voluntarily dismissed the action without court
20
order via Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), rather than having the Court approve the settlement. The parties
21
have not provided any authority for the Court to issue a judgment where the parties have already
22
voluntarily dismissed the case without a court order. Therefore there is no case before the Court
23
on which to enter judgment.
