No. 92.) The parties settled this matter and voluntarily dismissed the action without court 20 order via Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), rather than having the Court approve the settlement. The parties 21 have not provided any authority for the Court to issue a judgment where the parties have already 22 voluntarily dismissed the case without a court order.
