The following minute order is made by the direction of the court, the Honorable Marsha

17 J. Pechman, United States District Judge:

A review of the complaint reveals that Plaintiff is a resident of Tacoma and the events

19 which form the foundation for her lawsuit occurred at her residence in that city. Accordingly,
20 the above-entitled case is transferred to the Honorable Ronald B. Leighton, United States District
21 Judge of the Tacoma division of the Western District of Washington. The caption for this case
22 shall hereinafter be C11-902RBL. All scheduled dates will remain as set unless the parties are
23 notified otherwise by U.S. District Judge Ronald B. Leighton.
