The Court finds that good cause has been shown and the requested relief should be granted. Accordingly, IT IS SO ORDERED that the time for any party to file a motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 54(d) is hereby stayed until further Order of the Court. Within one week of the date funding is restored to EPA and the U.S. Department of Justice the parties shall file a joint status report proposing a new date for any party to file a motion under Fed.
