This matter came before the Court on the United States’ Motion for Costs Incurred
19 With Respect to the Execution of Writ of Assistance. Dkt. # 24. Having Considered the
20 Motion, together with Defendant’s Response, the United States’ Reply, and all the
21 declarations and exhibits attached to these pleadings, as well as all other relevant pleadings
22 and materials filed by the parties in this case, the Court finds that the costs requested are
23 reasonable and necessary. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDRED that:

The United States’ Motion is GRANTED, and the United States is awarded costs
25 totaling $38,935.60.
