MINUTE ORDER: The Court has reviewed the Parties' filings in response to the Court's Order dated 11/21/2023 (Dkt. No. 1079 ). (See Dkt. Nos. 1085 , 1086 , 1090 .) The Court is satisfied with the explanation provided by Mr. Vaupel regard ing the discrepancies identified in the November 21st Order. And the Court will await the 1/15/2024 declaration of Dr. Kinlen to determine what amount, if any, shall be credited for good cause exceptions from 6/1/2022 through 8/31/2023. The Court reminds Defendants that each good cause exception request in the January 15th declaration must also be supported by a copy of the underlying court order granting the exception. The following minute order is made by the direction of the court, the Honorable Marsha
J. Pechman, United States Senior District Judge:
