JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE RE: DKT. NO. 1109 . The Court notes the following fine amounts were incurred (and adjustments made to previous fine assessments) during the time periods noted below: A credit of $292,500 for in-patient restoration conte mpt fines imposed in this action for the period from February 1 to February 29, 2024; $1,000 representing outpatient restoration contempt fines imposed in this action for the period from February 1 to February 29, 2024 A net increase of $54 ,000 in in-patient contempt fines imposed in this action for the period from January 1 to January 31, 2024, resulting from an updated calculation; A net decrease of $15,500 in in-patient contempt fines imposed in this action for the period from December 1 to December 31, 2023, resulting from an updated calculation; A net decrease of $11,000 in in-patient contempt fines imposed in this action for the period from November 1 to November 30, 2023, resulting from an updated calculation; A n et decrease of $23,000 in in-patient contempt fines imposed in this action for the period from October 1 to October 31, 2023, resulting from an updated calculation; A net decrease of $30,000 in in-patient contempt fines imposed in this acti on for the period from September 1 to September 30, 2023, resulting from an updated calculation; A net decrease of $31,000 in in-patient contempt fines imposed in this action for the period from August 1 to August 31, 2023, resulting from an upd ated calculation;resulting in a total credit for the current reporting period of $347,500.Under the Courts Order Granting Final Approval of Amended Settlement Agreement (Dkt. No. 623 ), contempt fines generated by failures to adhere to inpatien t evaluation timelines shall not be reduced to judgment. However, judgment is entered against Defendants in the following amounts: $575,250 representing in-jail evaluation contempt fines imposed in this action for the period from February 1 to F ebruary 29, 2024; A net decrease of $3,000 in in-jail evaluation contempt fines imposed in this action for the period from January 1 to January 31, 2024, resulting from an updated calculation;resulting in a total for the current reporting period of $572,250. This total is due and payable into the Registry of the Court, to be kept in the Registry until further order of the Court. A net decrease of $30,000 in in-patient contempt fines imposed in this action for
the period from September 1 to September 30, 2023, resulting from an updated
calculation;
•
A net decrease of $31,000 in in-patient contempt fines imposed in this action for
the period from August 1 to August 31, 2023, resulting from an updated
calculation;
resulting in a total credit for the current reporting period of $347,500.
