This matter comes before the Court upon the Parties’ Stipulated Motion to Distribute

Contempt Funds for payment of the services of Technical Assistance Collaborative (TAC),

which operated as Facilitator during the settlement negotiation process. Having considered the

17

pleadings in the court file and otherwise being fully informed:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall disburse $76,158.39 to the

19

Seattle Foundation. The Seattle Foundation shall, pursuant to a contract entered into with

20

Plaintiffs, distribute and these funds to Technical Assistance Collaborative.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court is authorized and directed to
draw a check on the funds deposited in the registry of the Court in the principal amount of

$76,158.39 minus any statutory users fees, payable to the Seattle Foundation, by check which
