The Parties have proposed three (3) of the Phase II Trueblood diversion grant recipients 17 and one (1) of the Phase I Trueblood diversion grant recipients to receive additional contempt 18 funds to continue their diversion services to class members pursuant to the Trueblood Diversion 19 Plan. The recipients and their awards are as follows: 20 Catholic Charities 21 Kitsap Mental Health Services 22 Pierce County 23 Thurston-Mason Behavioral Health Organization ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION TO DISTRIBUTE CONTEMPT FUNDS FOR DIVERSION PROGRAMMING - 1 $1,204,865 $265,094 $2,194,310 $1,482,064.50 Disability Rights Washington 315 5 th Avenue South, Suite 850 Seattle, Washington 98104 (206) 324-1521  Fax: (206) 957-0729 1 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall disburse $5,146,333.50 to 2 the Seattle Foundation to fund these diversion programs. The Seattle Foundation shall, pursuant 3 to a contract entered into with Plaintiffs, distribute and monitor these funds, in conjunction with 4 the Court Monitor and Plaintiffs, to ensure that the monies are appropriately utilized. 5 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court is authorized and directed to 6 draw a check on the funds deposited in the registry of the Court in the principal amount of 7 $5,146,333.50 minus any statutory users fees, payable to the Seattle Foundation, by check which 8 will be mailed or delivered to same at 1601 5th Avenue, Suite 1900, Seattle, WA 98010. 9 Dated this 9th day of August, 2019. 10 11 12 A 13 Marsha J.
