The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:
Plaintiff has filed a notice of voluntary dismissal (Dkt. No. 26). Given that all Defendants
19
cease to legally exist or have been discharged as debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, it is
20
apparent that further expending Plaintiff’s and this Court’s time and resources would likely result
21
in nothing more than uncollectable judgments. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without
22
prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2). Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney
23
fees. The Clerk is directed to CLOSE this case.
