With regard to the advertising claim that HYDRO-BLOK 20 is “the easiest, quickest and most user-friendly way to build a water-proof shower or tub surround at a price you can afford,” which constitutes mere puffery, wedi Corp.’s motion 21 for reconsideration is DENIED. wedi Corp.’s motion for reconsideration is otherwise DEFERRED and RENOTED to August 2, 2019. Any response, which shall not exceed 22 twelve (12) pages in length, shall be filed by July 29, 2019.
