13 pauperis (“IFP”) (Dkt. 1), the Report and Recommendation of the Honorable Brian A. Tsuchida,
14 United States Magistrate Judge, and the remaining record, does hereby find and ORDER:

The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation.

(2)
Plaintiffs’ single IFP application (Dkt. 1) is DENIED.

(3)
The Clerk shall file the complaint only on receipt of the usual filing fee. If no
18
filing fee is paid within 30 days of the date of this Order, the Clerk shall close the
19
file.

(4)
Given the Court’s Order, plaintiff’s motion for extension of deadline (Dkt. #5) is
DENIED as MOOT.
