The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
17 Coughenour, United States District Judge:

This matter comes before the Court sua sponte. On March 13, 2017, the Court ordered
19 Plaintiff Salome Aguayo-Becerra to show cause why the Court should not dismiss the claims
20 against those Defendants who have not appeared—or have not been identified—for failure to
21 prosecute. (Dkt. No. 69 at 2.) The Court gave Plaintiff 14 days to show cause or take action as to
22 those Defendants. (Id.) Plaintiff did not do so.

Accordingly, the following Defendants are hereby DISMISSED without prejudice for
24 failure to prosecute: Joy Global, Inc.; Continental Conveyor & Equipment Co.; Transmission
25 Products, Inc.; N.E.S. Investment Co.; John Doe 11; and John Doe 12.
