The court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Mr. Alperovich and Franciscan Health System's motion (Dkt. # 46 ) and Mr. Ngu yen and Valley Medical Center's motion to dismiss (Dkt. # 43 ). The court DENIES Mr. Thirlby and Virginia Mason Health System's motion for sanctions (Dkt. # 48 ). The court DENIES Ms. Grant's motion to compel (Dkt. # 75 ). The court DE FERS ruling on the University of Washington and Ms. Pulling's motion for summary judgment (Dkt. # 91 ). The court STAYS Ms. Grant's motion for summary judgment (Dkt. # 98 ). The court DISMISSES Ms. Grant's second amended complaint as to all Medical Defendants except University of Washington and Ms. Pulling (Dkt. # 11 ). The court ORDERS Ms. Grant to show cause within 20 days of the date of this order why amendment would not be futile. (AD)
