ORDERED that Defendant Bank of America’s Motion is GRANTED; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Stephanie Pickering is directed to appear for a
deposition at a date, time and location to be mutually determined; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff Stephanie Pickering is directed to pay Defendant
