This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s motion to continue trial from April 3,

2017 to August 7, 2017 (Dkt. No. 34). The Court finds good cause to continue trial and allow

further depositions to be taken. Plaintiff’s motion to continue trial (Dkt. No. 34) is GRANTED.

Trial is continued to July 10, 2017. Parties have 45 days from the date of this Order to complete
