BERRYHILL, 12 13 Defendant. 14 15 This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s unopposed Motion for Attorney Fees, 16 Costs and Expenses Pursuant to Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412 (Dkt. 17 No. 23). Having thoroughly considered the parties’ briefing and the relevant record, the Court 18 GRANTS the motion. Plaintiff is hereby awarded EAJA fees of $9,016.89, costs in the sum of $400.00, 19 20 and expenses in the sum of $10.88, offset for preexisting debt to the U.S. Treasury. 21 Astrue v. Ratliff, 560 U.S. 586, 588–89 (2010).
