Defendants Chavez and Bippley do not 19 oppose Plaintiff’s motion. 20 Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2), Plaintiff’s motion is GRANTED. 21 Defendants Chavez and Bippley are DISMISSED without prejudice and without fees or costs to 22 any party.
