Consistent with 5 6 the parties’ stipulation, the Court finds that Defendant disclaims any interest in real 7 property commonly known as 4348 South Henderson Street, Seattle, Washington, 8 98118, and that Plaintiffs are entitled to the relief requested. 9 10 Based on stipulation of the parties and said findings of facts and conclusions of law, the Court enters judgment as follows: 11 1. Fee simple title is hereby quieted, established, and confirmed in Plaintiffs, 12 13 14 15 against the claims of the Defendant, for real property commonly known as 4348 South Henderson Street, Seattle, Washington, 98118, and legally described as follows (the “Property”): LOTS 5, 6 AND 7 IN BLOCK 2 OF DUNLAP’S SUPPLEMENTAL TO THE CITY OF SEATTLE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 12 OF PLATS AT PAGE 42, IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON; 16 17 18 EXCEPT PORTION OF LOTS 6 AND 7 FOR THE CITY OF SEATTLE TRANSMISSION LINE AS CONDEMNED IN SUPERIOR COURT CAUSE NO. 241252 COMMENCED PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 59599. 19 20 21 22 Tax Parcel #212470-0025-03 23 2.
