THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the Joint Motion for Court Approval of

18

Settlement and Dismissal of Case with Prejudice (the “Motion”), submitted by Plaintiff

19

Janessa Rhone and P. F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc.

20

The Court having reviewed the Motion, the supporting declaration of David N.

21

Mark, the pertinent portions of the record, and the parties’ settlement agreement, and

22

being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds that the terms of the

23

settlement are fair and reasonable and meet the standard set forth in Lynn’s Food Stores,

24

Inc. v. United States, 679 F.2d 1350 (11th Cir. 1982).

25

Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion for Court Approval of

26

Settlement and Dismissal of Complaint with Prejudice is GRANTED and this matter is

27

DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE without an award of costs or attorneys’ fees to any
