The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable
13 Thomas S. Zilly, United States District Judge:
Defendant David A. Gould’s motion to dismiss, for judgment on the
pleadings, or for a more definite statement, docket no. 28, is DENIED for the reasons set
forth in the Government’s response, docket no. 34.
The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Minute Order to all counsel of
16 record and to defendant Gould pro se via both first-class international airmail and e-mail.
