On February 2, 2018, defendants 15 filed a declaration of Captain Robert Palmer and attached an exhibit that contained personal 16 identifiers that were not redacted. (See Dkt. 79.) The same day, defendants filed a preacipe in 17 order to replace the unredacted exhibit with a redacted exhibit. (Dkt. 82.) 18 On March 30, 2018, the parties filed a stipulated motion to strike or seal the unredacted 19 document. (Dkt. 84).
