6 action shall be dismissed with prejudice, and without fees or costs to any party. For clarity, no
7 claims by Plaintiffs LEI Hesheng, LIU Huaijin, WANG Jinguo, and ZHOU Quan against parties
8 other than U.S. Bank, and no claims by any Plaintiffs other than LEI Hesheng, LIU Huaijin,
