The Court, after careful consideration of the Report and Recommendation of the

15 Honorable Brian A. Tsuchida, United States Magistrate Judge, and the balance of the record,
16 does hereby find and ORDER:

1) The Court adopts the Report and Recommendation [Dkt. #14].

2) The Commissioner’s decision is REVERSED, and the case is REMANDED to the

19

Social Security Administration for further proceedings consistent with the Report and

20

Recommendation; the ALJ shall reevaluate Ms. Tillman’s credibility and steps four

21

and five of the evaluation process.
