The following MINUTE ORDER is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable
Ricardo S. Martinez, Chief United States District Judge:
On March 17, 2017, Plaintiff LHF Productions, Inc. (“LHF”) filed a Motion for
Extension of Time to File Joint Notice of Appeal. Dkt. #76. LHF filed a Notice of Civil
21
Appeal on the same day. See Dkt. #75. Pursuant to Rule 4(a)(1)(A) of the Federal Rules of
22
Appellate Procedure, in a civil case a notice of appeal “must be filed with the district clerk
23
within 30 days after entry of the judgment or order appealed from.” Here, the Court entered the
24
Order LHF seeks to appeal on February 15, 2017. See Dkt. #73. Consequently, LHF had until
25
26
March 17, 2017, to file a notice of appeal. Because LHF timely filed its notice of appeal in the
27
Ninth Circuit, LHF’s Motion for Extension of Time to File Joint Notice of Appeal is
28
STRICKEN as MOOT.
