NorWesCo, LLC, has been duly issued and served upon the Garnishee.

Pursuant to the Writ, Garnishee Noll/NorWesCo, LLC (NorWesCo) filed its

Form Answer on August 24, 2017, stating that at the time of the service of the

Writ, Defendant/Judgment Debtor Bernard Gurr (Mr. Gurr), was an active
25
employee who was paid bi-weekly.

After notification of the garnishment proceeding was mailed to the
parties on or about December 7, 2016, the Defendant/Judgment Debtor has
not requested a hearing to determine exempt property as of this date.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED as follows:
That the Garnishee, Noll/NorWesCo, LLC, shall pay to the United States
7
District Court for the Western District of Washington, the non-exempt
8
earnings payable to Defendant/Judgment Debtor Bernard Gurr, upon each
9
period of time when Defendant/Judgment Debtor Gurr is entitled to receive
10
11
such funds, and shall continue said payments, if any, until Defendant/
12
Judgment Debtor Gurr’s debt is paid in full or until Defendant/Judgment
13
Debtor is no longer an active employee of Garnishee and the Garnishee no
14
longer has possession, custody, or control of any funds due and owing to the
15
Defendant/Judgment Debtor or until further order of this Court. This
16
17
includes all monies required to be previously withheld by the Garnishee that
18
the Garnishee has not already paid to the Court, in accordance with the Writ
19
of Continuing Garnishment;

That such payments shall be applied to Defendant/Judgment Debtor
Gurr’s outstanding restitution obligation, by the United States District Court
for the Western District of Washington; and
24
That the payments shall be made out to the United States District
25
Court, Western District of Washington, referencing Case Nos. 2:08-CR-00411-
26
JLR-1 and 2:16-MC-00179-RSL, and to deliver such payment either
27

personally or by First Class Mail to:
