The following Minute Order is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable John C.
Coughenour, United States District Judge:
This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ stipulated motion to continue trial and
22
modify the scheduling order (Dkt. No. 141). Having thoroughly reviewed the motion and the
23
relevant record, and finding good cause, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion and ORDERS:
24
1. The discovery cutoff for the purpose of compelling expert discovery, the agreed upon
25
class member depositions, and any written discovery already served as of September
26
23, 2021, is December 8, 2021;

2. The parties shall complete mediation or other alternative dispute resolution by
February 28, 2022;

3. The deadline for the proposed pretrial order is continued to May 9, 2022;

4. The deadline for trial briefs, voir dire, and jury instructions is continued to May 23,

2022; and
6
5. Trial is continued to June 6, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
