Coughenour, United States District Judge: This matter comes before the Court on the parties’ stipulated motion to continue trial and 22 modify the scheduling order (Dkt. No. 141). Having thoroughly reviewed the motion and the 23 relevant record, and finding good cause, the Court hereby GRANTS the motion and ORDERS: 24 1.
